1. **Quality and Finish**: Our 3D printed items undergo post-processing steps that include washing and curing to improve their overall quality. However, please note that the items are sold unpainted, and may require additional steps such as removing support structures or sanding before applying paint for a desired finish. Some minor imperfections such as layer lines, support dimples, or slight variations in surface finish may still be present due to the nature of the 3D printing process.
2. **Material Properties**: The material used for 3D printing can impact the strength and durability of the item. While we strive to use high-quality materials, please understand that the properties of 3D printed items may differ from traditionally manufactured products.
*Resin Models - We use ABS-like 8k Resin in a variety of colors.
*PLA Models - We use a variety of standard PLA, High Strength, or PLA+. If you have a preference on color, texture, and material strength, please submit a request on the Special Request Page.
3. **Customization**: We offer customization options for our 3D printed items. Please double-check your customizations before placing your order as changes may not be possible once production has begun. If the customization is not available on the order page, please refer to our Special Request Page.
4. **Use and Care**: It is important to handle 3D printed items with care to avoid damage. Avoid exposure to high temperatures or prolonged sunlight, as this can affect the integrity of the printed item. PLA products will warp if left in vehicles or other hot spaces.
5. **Returns and Refunds**: Due to the personalized nature of 3D printed items, we may not be able to offer returns or refunds unless the item is defective or significantly different from what was advertised. Please contact us upon receiving your item if you encounter any issues. And we will be happy to work with you for the best resolution.
